Here you can upload your own gang sheet the longer the gang sheet the better the price.
Less then 12 in height design cost .04 cents per sqin
under 72in in height cost .035 cents per sqin
under 144in in height cost .02 cents per sqin
under 360in in height cost .015 cents per sqin
anything over 360in height cost .01 cent per sqin
Your prints will print as is. We will not make any adjustments. Please ensure everything is correct before you upload. There are no refunds or reprints for art work or file issues.
To apply our DTF:
Polyester - Temp - 265 - Pressure - Heavy 7-8 or 70 PSI Time - 10 sec 1st press remove film add a cover sheet of your choice 2nd press 10 sec.
Cotton -Temp - 285 - Pressure - Heavy 7-8 or 70 PSI Time - 10 sec 1st press remove film add a cover sheet of your choice 2nd press 10 sec.
I recommend a 100% heavy cotton shirt as your cover sheet. Cut to the size of your press for the best feel.
The above settings have been tested for months using our equipment. Your press may need adjustment to your settings. We recommend doing a test to ensure the settings work for your needs.
