To apply DTF
Polyester: Temp 265 Pressure Heavy (70PSI) Time 10 Sec 1st press- remove film then 2nd press at 10 sec.
Cotton: Temp 285 Pressure Heavy (70PSI) Time 10 Sec 1st press- remove film then 2nd press at 10 sec.
We recommend a cover sheet be used for the 2nd press and we use a 100% white heavy cotton shirt that cut to the size of the press. However you can use just about anything.
The times and temp above is well tested using our equipment. Pending type of press you may need more temp or more pressure. Always test before doing a mass production to ensure you have your setting correct.
